ACA DELEGATE AND RECEIVES
ACA CHAIRMAN'S AWARD
FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Dr. Cynthia Vaughn of Austin, Texas became the East
Texas Delegate to the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) during the
2003 ACA House of Delegates Meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She assumed
this new leadership role after serving as the ACA East Texas Alternate
Delegate.
During the Annual Meeting, the ACA President appointed Dr. Vaughn to the
Coding Committee, the Clinical Documentation Committee and the Veterans/Military
Affairs Committee. Dr. Vaughn also received a "Chairman's Award" for
her outstanding service to the U.S. Veterans Administration Chiropractic
Advisory Committee.
The ACA, based in Arlington, VA, is the largest chiropractic organization
in the country. The ACA provides lobbying, public relations, professional
and educational opportunities for doctors of chiropractic, funds research
regarding chiropractic and health issues, and offers leadership for the
advancement of the profession. The ACA promotes the highest standards of
ethics and patient care, contributing to the health and well-being of millions
of chiropractic patients.
